How a job works
Get the request
A member's job is sent to you alone. You have 24 hours to accept it.
Send an itemized estimate
Every line gets a line item number, with labor, parts, materials, and fees listed separately.
Do the work
Confirm a 2-hour arrival window, and post an update at least every 18 hours until the job is done.
Get reviewed
When the member confirms the job is complete, the review opens and your invoice for the 3% fee is created.

Paying your invoice
- Your invoice is created automatically when the member confirms the job is complete, and it's emailed to you and posted to your dashboard.
- You have 5 days to pay. A reminder goes out on day 4.
- On day 6, an unpaid account pauses from new job requests. Jobs already in progress continue. Paying the invoice turns requests back on automatically.
- After 30 days unpaid, the account is removed from Omni Pros, and the unpaid invoice stays on record.
