Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of omnicompetentco.com and the Omnicompetent Co. platform. Omnicompetent Co. is operated by MS CJ LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

Omnicompetent Co. provides online tools, AI-generated guidance, learning content, a monthly newsletter, and connections to independent professionals. Our guidance is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or licensed trade advice. For work involving electricity, gas, structural repairs, or anything that requires a license or permit, use a qualified professional and follow local codes.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the information you provide.

3. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled. Monthly memberships bill on the 1st of each month, with one retry on the 15th if a payment fails. If payment has not been received by the 20th, the membership is canceled with notice. Yearly memberships bill once a year. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Our billing and refunds page is part of these terms.

4. Launch pricing

The first 1,000 members who join at launch receive the launch price shown on the site, which is half the regular price. The launch price stays the same for as long as that membership remains active. Members who join after the first 1,000 pay the regular price. The first 30 members receive their first 3 months free.

4a. My Expert usage, add-ons, and printed items

Paid memberships include a monthly My Expert allowance that resets on the 1st and does not roll over. Usage packs add extra My Expert usage and stay on the account until used. The Event Planner is a separate purchase for one event at one date and location, with revisions until 7 days after the event date. Printed invitations are custom products made to order. Plans, quantities, and measurements produced from estimates you provide are approximate and must be verified on site. Traffic control and work zone plans are planning aids only; work on public roads must follow the Texas MUTCD and local requirements and be performed by qualified, certified personnel. Event staffing plans are guidance; local permits, the fire marshal, and other authorities have the final word.

4b. My Vault

You keep ownership of the files you upload. You're responsible for having the right to store them. Storage limits depend on your plan. If a membership is canceled, vault files are kept for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

5. Omni Pros

Professionals in Omni Pros are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We vet professionals before they join, but we do not perform the work and are not responsible for it. Agreements for work are between you and the professional. Professionals pay a service fee of 3% of the approved itemized total of each completed job, invoiced when the member confirms completion and due within 5 days. Accounts with unpaid invoices are paused from new job requests on day 6 and removed after 30 days unpaid.

6. Reviews and content you submit

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Reviews of professionals open only after a tracked job is complete, or if the professional does not show up, cancels, or abandons the job. We may remove content that is false, abusive, or unlawful.

7. Links to other sites

We link to manufacturer manuals, videos, government sites, and other outside resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email members before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
